- Lead Data: Name, phone number, and message submitted by users contacting a vendor through our platform.
- Usage Data: Pages visited, time spent, browser type, device type, and IP address collected automatically via server logs.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To display vendor profiles publicly on the platform for discovery by potential customers.
- To facilitate communication between users and vendors (leads, reviews).
- To verify and approve vendor registrations.
- To improve our platform and user experience.
- To send important service-related notifications (approval status, account updates).
3. Information Visibility
- Vendor profiles (business name, category, city, description, portfolio, ratings) are publicly visible once approved.
- Vendor contact details (phone, WhatsApp, email) are displayed on the vendor's public profile page to enable customer inquiries.
- Reviewer phone numbers are never displayed publicly. They are stored only for duplicate review prevention and administrative purposes.
4. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored on secure servers hosted by Hostinger. We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (SSL/TLS), prepared database statements to prevent SQL injection, and bcrypt password hashing for administrative access. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share data only in the following circumstances:
