• We reserve the right to reject, suspend, or remove any vendor listing that contains false, misleading, or inappropriate content.
• Vendors must not impersonate other businesses or individuals.

4. User Conduct

When using our platform, you agree not to:

• Submit false, defamatory, or misleading reviews.
• Spam vendors with irrelevant or abusive messages.
• Attempt to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the platform for commercial purposes without permission.
• Upload malicious content, viruses, or harmful code.
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
• Submit multiple fake reviews for the same vendor using different identities.

5. Reviews & Ratings

• Reviews submitted by users represent their personal experience and opinions.
• We do not verify the accuracy of reviews but reserve the right to remove reviews that violate these terms.
• Vendors may not offer incentives in exchange for positive reviews.
• Users are required to provide a valid phone number when submitting reviews, which is used solely for preventing duplicate or fraudulent submissions.

6. Intellectual Property

• The Construction Hub brand, logo, design, and website content are our intellectual property.
• Vendors retain ownership of their uploaded images and business content, but grant us a non-exclusive license to display this content on our platform.
• Users may not copy, reproduce, or distribute content from this platform without written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Construction Hub is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• The quality, reliability, or competence of any listed vendor.
• The accuracy of vendor-provided information (pricing, experience, certifications).
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform.
• That the platform will meet your specific requirements.

Users should independently verify vendor credentials, licenses, and references before engaging their services.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Construction Hub and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:

• Your use of or inability to use the platform.
• Any transaction, agreement, or dispute between you and a vendor.
• Inaccurate information provided by vendors.
